2. What data we collect and why

Contact and inquiry form. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and, if applicable, manage the resulting commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a contract follows, the performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

E-mail and phone. If you contact us directly, we process the data you provide for the same purposes and on the same legal basis.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested) for security and operation of the service, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify you.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. See the Cookie policy.

3. Recipients

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It may be accessed by providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: web hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare, Inc., with servers in the European Union and the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses) and transactional e-mail delivery (Resend, Inc.). If a transaction follows, the data needed for shipping, inspection or financing may be shared with the parties involved.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to answer you and, at most, for two years from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and the legally required periods thereafter.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] with a copy of your identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The website is served over HTTPS.

7. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
